I can't think of a better reason to start one of these things than the fact that we have a new addition to our family!
Our sweet little baby boy Owen Banks Duran was born on Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at 6:54pm. What a perfect and beautiful miracle he is! He was born by c-section and everything went well. He weighed 7lbs, 9oz and measured 20 1/2 inches long.
Dad got to put his first diaper on!
He is so lttle!
There was plenty of drama from the very beginning! I went through labor for two days and finally ended in a c-section on tax day! Owen had some breathing problems from the very beginning and was monitored all that first night. He eventually got the hang of it and we finally got to see our little guy at 2:30 in the morning! We were finally complete!
Owen was a little jaundiced so he got his first tan right off the bat! Here he is catching a few rays under the blue light!
Isn't he wonderful?!?!
